Green Intuition

The Jane’s Vanity crew selects lingerie and loungewear based on love at first sight. Years of love have given it a sixth sense about creating a collection. This summer, notice the symbiosis of color in verdant prints and solids of grass green, acqua, and sky blue. Was it planned? Not exactly. It was intuited. To bring you a summer of love.

Your first love might be fabulous green silks from Gilda & Pearl. Build your vacation wardrobe around the Sophia Jewel Green Slip Dress and matching Camisole Set. Wrap them in the Klements Poison Poppy Silk Kimono. You’re a  green goddess.

Then get into lighter-than-air pleated print dresses and apparel separates from Zoelle. Creator Zoe Chen is like Mother Nature, or Monet, in her deft mix of floaty blue-green patterns.

Vaninna Vesperini contributes a new look: the Sea Glass Long Camisole that could double as a nightie or a tunic. And it has a matching V-neck elbow-length Sweater to keep you warm.

Because Vesperini’s Burgundy Schiap Dress was such a hit for winter, JV has brought it back in a sky blue called Réve, or dream, in French. Pretty with just a pedicure and sexy sandals for summer. We say mercí!

Emma Harris backs it all up with a collection called Veronique, in pale blue silk edged with metallic purple floral lace appiqué. The Lingerie Set, Robe, and Pajama complement any of the pieces mentioned above.

In fact, all of these items would work together–beautifully. Just one more addition: the Porto Vecchio Blu Scarf from Ika Paris with its Mediterranean hues, enveloping size, and sensuous weight.

Straw hats off to Jane’s Vanity, for an inspired summer composition!
