We begin with something Karolina Laskowska. Perhaps the caramel-colored Helianthus, a balconette style that adds a little umph to our bosoms. While its boyshort adds a cheeky look to our derrieres. Both in scallops of Sophie Hallette L’Idéale lace. Each of Karolina’s lingerie sets is constructed with the highest couture techniques and is incredibly adjustable. Pretty too.
Next, a bodysuit, a nice substitute for a bra in many situations. After all, this is a lab. We select the stretchy Black Rib Silk Bodysuit from Aromatique. Its ultra light weave is both comfortable and showy, with high leg cut and thong back. Dress it up, dress it down. And, the Signature Lace Bodysuit from Yuvi Kawano makes a lovely counterpart, in a transparent garland of black lace. Adjustable straps assure a “just right” fit. We think of it beneath a slip dress: sensational, liberating.
Emma Harris bras are notable for their colors of silk, their luxury, and most of all their delicious fit. Difficult to choose which style: the sheer center-seamed Elsa cup, the shaped cup of the Clara or Rochelle, the Veronique plunge, or the molded Celeste. Wearable as a bra, layering piece, or midriff-baring top, it is a feel-good bra that gives our clothing a new look. As it protects our chests.
We’ve covered a lot of territory (just as our bras do). And, almost by accident, we’ve created a wardrobe, made with love. So many wonderful possibilities–to cover such interesting eventualities.
