Personal Shopping Assistance
While the gift of lingerie is unbelievably romantic, it can also be somewhat challenging to select. With 30 years of experience helping cupid hit his mark, we are confident that we can help you find the perfect gift.
If you would like personal shopping assistance, simply contact us via the form on our contact page – one of our expertly-trained staff will be in touch promptly, and with a few simple questions about the recipient, we'll have the perfect gift wrapped and in your hands in no time flat.
Each and every item ordered from Jane's Vanity is gift wrapped, because we fully believe in the joy of unwrapping presents. During the holiday season, we try to up the ante and make sure the gift presentation is nothing short of spectacular.
Have any special requests for the gift wrapping? Want us to enclose a message on a complimentary card? We're happy to oblige. Simply leave these details in the “notes” section at checkout & we'll take care of it.
The biggest concern about shopping online is always the time frame for arrival, especially as the crush of the holiday season reaches its crescendo. Whenever the season, if you need an order by a specific date, please leave it in the notes section at checkout. This enables us to do everything in our power to make sure the items arrive to you in plenty of time.
All orders within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Standard shipping within the US should arrive within 4-7 business days, expedited shipping within the US in 2-3 business days.
International shipments are also shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which will transfer to the recipient's postal system upon arrival in their country. All customs duties and other import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. International shipments should arrive within 10+ business days, depending on their destination & time spent in customs. Please plan ahead if you're ordering internationally for holiday delivery – once the item leaves the US, there is nothing that we can do to expedite the customs process.
For expected delivery by December 24th with standard shipping, international orders need to be placed by December 5th & domestic orders by December 18th. With expedited shipping, international orders will need to be placed by December 10th and domestic orders by December 20th. Please contact us if you need assistance choosing the best shipping method for your timeframe.
Returns & Exchanges
Here at Jane's Vanity, we scour the globe for the most beautiful, high-quality lingerie to fill your drawers. However, we understand that occasionally an item is purchased that requires adjustment in size or style. We want you to love the lingerie as much as we do: for this reason, we are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund.
While our typical return time frame is within 14 days of receipt, we understand that the holiday season often includes a lag between when the item is received and when it is opened. For this reason, we are happy to extend the deadline for receiving holiday returns until January 8th, 14 days after Christmas day. Should you need to return or exchange an item outside the timeframe of our automated return form, please contact us via our contact form and include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
