Janesvanity.com is the electronic sales point for Jane's World, DBA Jane's Vanity. By accessing & ordering from the site the site you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions, which represent a contract between you and Jane's Vanity.

Jane's Vanity is not liable in any way for damages arising from or in connection with accessing this website, its content, or its products.

No contract shall exist between the customer (henceforth referred to as "you") & Jane's Vanity (henceforth referred to as "us," "we," and "the site") on any sale until you have received an e-mail with order confirmation from the site. If you have not received this order confirmation and you believe there has been an error, please use the "contact" form on this page or call the shop at 1-503-241-3860.

Any contract between Jane's Vanity and the customer shall be held in the United States in the state of Oregon. Any interpretation, construction or enforcement of this contract will be done in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon USA, and the customer will agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

The following terms & conditions may change, and will be updated on this page if this is the case. By continuing to use the site, you are agreeing to any changes in the terms & conditions.

In addition, prices & availability of items listed on the website may change without notice. We reserve the right to remove, delete, or change products and services available on the website at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Sales of goods and services are based upon current availability.

By ordering, the customer represents that all credit card or payment information is true, accurate, and complete and that all charges will be honored by the customer's bank or financial institution, at the time the purchase is made, including shipping and any applicable taxes. The customer assumes all responsibility for fees and charges incurred through the use of customer's credit card or financial institution, and assumes all responsibility for keeping all account and credit card information confidential. Jane's Vanity is not liable for unauthorized use of the customer's credit card or account information.

All prices listed on the site are in United States dollars (USD). All payments must be received in USD, and any fees related to currency exchange from foreign currency to USD are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED. Returns must be received in original, pristine condition with all tags attached & with original receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Returns made that do not follow these criteria will be returned at the customer's expense. Please see the "Returns & Exchanges" page for details of the Jane's Vanity return policy.

Parcels are delivered via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Should the customer require a different shipping provider or expedited shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate this request to us when placing the order. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address given is accurate and complete. Once items have been pulled for shipment, changes to shipping details cannot be guaranteed. Parcels will be shipped within 4 days of order confirmation, and the customer will receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation number upon shipment. (Please note: this number is for delivery confirmation, not tracking. You will not be able to track your shipment with this number.)

Jane's Vanity is not liable for delays in shipping or failure to deliver goods due to any events out of our control, including postal or customs delay, strikes & other industrial disputes, adverse weather, system breakdowns, explosion, fire, flood, loss or accident.
